My name is Patricia Pattison.  I am a yoga teacher, Health and Wellness Coach, and a Fitness coach with Beach Body!  As you might be able to tell, I am a liiiiittle bit obsessed with helping people feel their best with exercise and good nutrition.  I believe that regular exercise and movement is one of the key factors in life that leads to elevated moods, self-esteem, belief in yourself and positive changes in other aspects of your life.  The simple act of getting up and going for a walk outdoors can completely change your mindset.  

What do I like to do?  As you know, I am a yoga teacher so I consider yoga my first true love.  I have started incorporating HIIT workouts, 

What is a challenge group??

A challenge group is a 30, 60, 90 day group

ME as your coach.  I walk you through the steps you need to set yourself up to get the MOST of of the program of your choice.  I want to make sure you to feel the benefits of your work from day 1.

Prep week - Days 1-7: You receive

  • A safe, online community of people who are motivated just like yourself to start creating change in their life through exercise.
  • A list of snack and meal ideas to help you start making healthier choices for yourself right away.
  • A plan to start creating a vision, setting goals and making action steps to achieve what you want out of the group.
